Where are you from originally and how long have you lived in town?
I grew up in Easton, MA. I lived in Boston for over 15 years, and after having my son, moved to Milton. We have been here 2 years.

One thing people would be surprised to know about you…
I actually prefer salty snacks to sweet ones 🙂
What is your favorite thing about living in the area?
Proximity to the city, and all of the local parks. Also Milton is a beautiful town, with so much history and a great community. We are lucky to live here.
What is your favorite thing to do with your kids?
Mackinley now loves swimming and sand, so at the moment it is going to the beach. He loves the outdoors so anything outside is fun.

Probably my mother, because she helps me every step of the way and spoils Macky rotten.

Yes! I own a local shop called Miam Miam Macaronerie. We specialize in fully customizable French macarons and handcrafted artisan chocolates.
How has this community been instrumental in getting you to where you are now?
I have been a small business owner for the past 8 years. While it is not always an easy journey, having the support of the local community has been instrumental in continuing to do what I love. I think that community is the key to the success of small businesses everywhere.
What is your go to meal for your family?
My son doesn’t eat much, so I don’t really plan around him anymore, lol. We eat salads and some sort of protein most nights. It is pretty boring, but the healthiest go to meal. When it has been a long day, with no time to cook, we order pizza.
What is the best piece of mom advice you ever received?
Don’t wake a sleeping baby.
