On Tuesday, April 23, the Friends of the Blue Hills will host its first Peek-a-Blue Hike of the year. These free, one-hour guided hikes created for babies and toddlers are offered every other Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Houghton’s Pond, 840 Hillside Street. Free snacks and drinks are provided, and there will be several special surprises for the kickoff, including songs, stories and a scavenger hunt. Hikes are stroller accessible, and parents, grandparents, and childcare providers are all welcome. Peek-a-Blue Hikes are made possible by a grant from the Milton Junior Woman’s Club.
Peek-a-Blue Hikes will continue through October weather permitting. For more information, please visit www.friendsofthebluehills.org/peekablue or email [email protected].
