Super easy chia pudding made with simple ingredients! It is nutritious and delicious for kids AND adults! And made even better by what you put on top. YUM 🙂
Serves 2
Ingredients
1 cup milk (milk of your choice. Note that almond milk and others may result in a firmer pudding that is set more quickly)
2 teaspoons maple syrup
1/4 cup chia seeds
Toppings: Fun toppings of your choice! We like fruit, chocolate chips, shredded coconut and of course 2 teaspoons of SOMEGA Mega Easy Omega-3s. My kids love to do this part themselves and “decorate” their own bowls.
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix maple syrup and milk together. Add the chia seeds and stir well. Pour into 2 pudding bowls. Let sit 10 minutes. Stir again so that the chia seeds are well dispersed in the milk and not clumped at the bottom. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, but preferably overnight.
Add toppings and enjoy!
